We give you a rough estimate for your specific needs on your project.  

Once we have an estimated budget established, we meet on site and determine next steps. We conduct a detailed material and project budget with you, providing full transparency on budget, expectations and timeline.

We dig and pour footers, ensuring all local inspections are done.

We work your ICF Build from start to finish. We work with local building officials to make sure all inspections are complete, and we deliver you an incredible finished product. 

If we are only doing the ICF portion of your project, our scope of work is done. If we are providing a turn-key home, we continue to work with you on the rest of your home to completion.
